A hydraulically operated tilt table that tips (turns) a palletload onto its
corner so that spacers/pallets can be easily removed. The unique and patented
corner tipping design automatically squares the load and eliminates problems of
boxes being pulled out when spacers/pallets are removed. Well guarded for
worker safety.  The SR3-V Tilt Table can reduce the time required to remove
spacers/pallets from 15 minutes to 90 seconds or less, and only one person is required
to operated this system.  You will reduce your total labor costs by up to 90%!! 
Ergonomical design helps eliminate costly back injuries and promotes increased
productivity.

The SR3-V Tilt Table features all steel heavy duty construction, simple hydraulic
operation actuation with dual equalized lifting cylinders, and fewer moving parts
than other machines. The hydraulic system features an oil level gauge, pressure gauge
and filters for easy monitoring and longer life. All hydraulic hoses are one standard
size for easy replacement. All pivot joints have grease fittings and are easily accessible.
Made in the USA with all USA components.

You will also reduce spacer/pallet inventory requirements by faster rotation.  The SR3-V
Tilt Table gives you complete control of spacers/pallets. The inner V Table moves
horizontally away from the pallet base so spacers/pallets (wooden or plastic) are easily
removed in one smooth motion by one man in 90 seconds or less.

After spacers/pallets are removed, the palletload is automatically squared and is
now ready for shipping/storage.  The SR3-V Tilt Table has a low start up cost
and minimum maintenance to simplify the justification equation.
